Specialty Design at its Finest

The Feather House is an example of minimalist design with quality details. The impact is created through specialty strategies and finishes including flush baseboards, stained horizontal grain walnut interior doors, plaster walls at the fireplace and powder room, and custom designed lighting solutions. Special lighting includes a geometric LED mud-in array in the kitchen, and custom fixtures in the dining room, anchoring a unique 3-piece walnut and steel dining table. The furniture and color palette are equally intentional, introducing unexpected color via a gorgeous hand-woven rug in the living room, whose colors are pulled through via sumptuous velvet sofas and an elongated custom dining banquette.

This project is among the first to utilize our own Finery hardware collection. The Finery Simple Knob was designed to complement an elegant flush-mount light fixture in the rich and dramatic powder room.
