New-build Mid-Rise Multifamily with a Fresh Take
The Current is a mid-rise multifamily project in New Braunfels, Texas, and we had the opportunity to participate in development from the conceptual phase, through branding and into the finished design. Given the property’s location near the Guadalupe River, an area known for river activities, we centered on the concept of flowing water and nature with a fresh take to appeal to young, social, and active residents. The entry focal point is a moss wall, which is across from a wall of black and white abstract wave wallpaper. The bright, teal tile walkway guides you into the rest of the space which includes a lounge with dramatic poolside vibes, a Texas-inspired game room, and a clubroom with a calm and earthy vibe; a great place to gather with friends.
